Tis the Season

I'm liking me some football. We'll be cheering on the Saints and the LSU tigers.

With a little bit of clothing attire to match.  Have you seen the collegiate  pom-pom knit gloves, especially  in purple and gold? I like them. But probably wouldn't wear them in public.  I'll just stick to my saints and lsu's tees and shorts. Oh and matching flip flops.

No.

Jennifer is continuing her nursing education. When she grows up she wants to be a doctor.

Some people are living the good life this week.

That would be Brandon and Julie on a weeks vacation.

Looks like they are not the only ones on a last vacation before school starts back.

Happy Birthday to my father today.   The BIG 90 !

He's had many of the BIG days! But he's in great health and has a great outlook on life.

Happy July 4th holiday weekend.

Jennifer and Chris just bought a new house

and is in the middle of planning a wedding. They picked out a few wedding/new house items for me to get.

My monthly fishin' fix

It's in the middle of the spring, just the right temp - not too hot yet. So, hit the lake is just what they Larry, Chris and Tyler did.

Tyler was the winner for the day. He caught the first fish. The biggest fish. And the only fish!! Chris and Larry were zero for zero.


Tyler  received the fishing trophy for the day. He also fished at Brandon's pond a few weeks ago. This made for the really biggest catch of the day. I don't think he's quite sure about this monster face to face.
